Three actors hurtle through ten of the most famous Irish plays ever written, whipping through more than 70 characters in a show that's crammed with culture, comedy and hilarious hysterics.
In a jam-packed hour, the stage will come alive with Irish figures who have dominated theatrical circles for over a century. Cathleen Ni Houlihan, Christy Mahon, Bessie Burgess, the Bull McCabe and countless others grace the stage in quick succession, running breathlessly through 100 years of iconic Irish theatre, eventually unfurling into comic chaos.
Completely and unashamedly abridged, watch The Irish Canon flash before your eyes, dragging Irish plays kicking and screaming into the future. This multi-talented parody is filled with oodles of imagination and a knock-about sense of fun.

His career took off in 1967 with the release of the album Alice's Restaurant, (whose title song became an unlikely hit despite being 18 minutes long), and he was a favourite at the 1969 Woodstock festival.
Four decades in, Arlo continues to tour worldwide. An accomplished performer and songwriter, Arlo is a natural-born storyteller, whose tales and anecdotes have now become a legendary part of his performances.

It promises to be the event of the year when the Superstars of American Wrestling roll into Sligo on Friday 15th October on their American Invasion Tour. The Hawk's Well Theatre will be transformed into an exciting fighting arena for the occasion as some of the best wrestlers from the USA, Mexico, Japan and Europe will line up to produce the thrills and the spills that we have come to expect from major league wrestling.
It will be the biggest wrestling event outside of Dublin and Belfast as the heroes and villains of the squared circle go one-on-one using a combination of strength, skill and expertise, often defying gravity, to bring us wrestling with a capital E - that's E for Entertainment.
