Visitor Experience Associate

Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

Working as part of our Hawks Well Team is rewarding, challenging and enjoyable. The Visitor Experience Associate role provides the vital link between us and our audience. In this varied role you will get to experience different aspects of our operation and work in a creative and friendly environment.

Duties

Deal with all incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages and appropriate action. Carry out administrative & light accounts work and keeping marketing details up to date. You will be working with computers and handling cash from ticket sales. The participant will receive full training in how to conduct regular checks to ensure a safe working environment throughout the premises, working closely with senior management to ensure the safety of all visitors and staff whilst on the premises. Opening and closing the building, ensuring the venue is clean and tidy, being aware any health and safety issues.

Job Description

This role will predominantly be morning/evening work and will involve ensuring the studio and offices spaces are clean and tidy for the following day, and the building is secure. Self-motivation and a keen eye for detail is essential for the role.
