The Participants are the heartbeat of SJP, and this is their moment.

120+ musicians. 20 ensembles. One massive, joyous afternoon. After a week of intensive workshops, our summer school players hit the stage for the grand finale, and the electricity in the room is unreal.

Here’s the beautiful bit: our performers span seven decades. We’re talking age 10 to 80-something, first-timers alongside lifelong players. It’s exactly why we’re known as Europe’s most inclusive jazz education event.

A heads up: this is a marathon, not a sprint. With so many ensembles to celebrate, the music flows all afternoon. Treat it like a festival - come and go as you please, take breaks, grab a coffee, wander back in. No need to stay glued to your seat. Just bring your best cheers.
