What if you had an afternoon with no demands? No pressure, no striving, no doing.

Just being. With others, with time for yourself. No outcome or goals, no product. The anti-hustle.

This is an invitation to play - at your own pace, in your own way. The genuinely fun kind of play, irreverent, authentic and surprising.

What happens when you bring together a group of grown-ups interested in the idea of play? Grown-ups with curious, if shy, inner children?

Let's find out together.

Through a mix of movement, writing, and making, we will strengthen our connection to our natural ability to play. All you need on the day is a mat and cushion to sit on the floor (if possible; accommodations are available) and, if you would like, a toy or a photo of a toy that represents something you loved to play with as a child.

Facilitated by Ben Lucent. Multidisciplinary artist, theatre maker and Interfaith Minister in training. He lives in rural South Sligo in a house that increasingly resembles the set of a 90s children's TV show (including the puppets and slime).
