Two New Hawk’s Well Productions: A Night in November & The Last Five Years

We are delighted to present two upcoming productions: A Night in November by Marie Jones and The Last Five Years by Jason Robert Brown.
A Night in November runs from 27-30 May and follows Kenneth McCallister, a Protestant civil servant from Belfast whose life is changed after attending a football match that forces him to confront issues of identity, belonging, and prejudice. Blending humour with emotional depth, the play charts Kenneth’s personal journey as he begins to reassess the world around him and his place within it.
The season continues with The Last Five Years, running from 3-6 June. This contemporary musical tells the story of Cathy and Jamie, whose relationship is explored through two opposing timelines - Cathy moving backwards from the end of their marriage, and Jamie moving forwards from the start of their relationship. The result is an intimate and powerful portrait of love, ambition, and the challenges of sustaining connection over time.
