Sligo Live is a community-centred festival created by musicians and music lovers to showcase the very best of talent – internationally established and emerging. Since its foundation by Shane Mitchell and Rory O’Connor in 2005 the festival has delighted audiences with a diverse array of both international and local talent bringing together the very best and the renowned in folk, roots, indie and traditional musicians, as well as comedy.
