What if you could watch a relationship from both ends at once? The Last Five Years charts the highs, lows, and crossed wires of a couple navigating love alongside individual dreams. Cathy tells her story from the break-up backwards, Jamie from the first spark forwards — and somewhere in the middle, their timelines meet.
It’s funny, tender, and painfully honest: the everyday mix-ups that snowball into poor choices, the thrill of ambition, and the way success for one and failure for the other quietly erode what once felt unshakable.
Starring Karen Gordon as Cathy, bringing warmth, wit, and emotional precision to a modern musical gem about the cost of chasing dreams and the truths we don’t want to face, alongside Warren McCook as Jamie, whose performance captures the drive, optimism, and unraveling journey of a man chasing success and love in parallel.
