Niall McCabe is a singer-songwriter from Clare Island, off Ireland’s west coast, known for emotionally rich songs that sit between contemporary folk, Irish tradition and Americana. Over the past year, he has released his acclaimed album Stranger, toured Ireland, the UK and the US, appeared with the Transatlantic Sessions, and made his Grand Ole Opry debut in Nashville. His music has been championed by RTÉ Radio 1 and BBC Radio, including a live session on The Folk Show with Mark Radcliffe, and has reached listeners worldwide through millions of streams. Working with artists as varied as Jerry Douglas, Mike McGoldrick and Sting, McCabe’s live performances are intimate, cinematic and deeply rooted in place and story.
