Hawk's Well are Hiring

Hawk’s Well Theatre is seeking to recruit an energetic Fundraising & Development Manager.
The Fundraising and Development Manager will work collaboratively, inspiring the team to nurture the mission, serve the community and celebrate artists of all disciplines.
As a Cultural Lighthouse, Hawk’s Well Theatre strives to be a beacon, calling and illuminating a way home for artists. We seek to interact with a shared island context leading to human connection, transformation, and the celebration of difference.
As an articulate, elegant and creative thinker you would passionately cultivate and transform ideas into clear principles which translate to the pillars of a well-formed support case. We seek someone who has a natural flair in developing rapport and forming strong relationships when engaging with funders, donors, and clients at all levels.
Hawk’s Well Theatre is open to working with people from a range of backgrounds who have the relevant key skills as well as the ability and desire to add value to the mission and contribute a chapter to its great history.
You find us in an era of renewal built upon a nationally recognised legacy. During this evolution we look to expand our much loved building with an important capital development project which will enhance the theatre’s accessibility promoting ‘Art for all’.
Hawk’s Well is a theatre for the people built by its people. As that Cultural Lighthouse, it is embedded in the hearts and minds of the community around it, drawing the artist and the community to a safe, welcoming, and creative environment.
Come, experience it for yourself.
