FAQ’s for streamed events

What is a streamed performance?

Streamed shows are recordings which were captured during live performances. They aren’t available on demand so you need to book the performance date and time shown on our website (all performance times are Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). It may be possible to view the recordings for a window of 24/36 hours from the advertised time. This information will be shown on our website or on your confirmation email. 

 

How will I receive my ticket for the show?

You’ll receive a unique link to view the show for every ticket you buy. You need to buy one ticket for every device/household/class. Your confirmation email will contain the link information and you will receive a reminder email with the link 24 hours before showtime.

 

Can I Share My Link with Other People?

Your unique link is designed for you to be able to watch on your device. You can click up to 3 times on the link to watch the show. If you share this link with someone else then you may now to be able to watch the show yourself on your own device. 

 

I received my link but it is still showing the welcome video and it is show-time. What can I do?

Please refresh your browser and the video of the show will start to play. If you are having any issues please email our box office at boxoffice@hawkswell.com and we will get back to you with a new link as soon as possible. You will generally have a window 24/36 hours to watch the show so you won’t miss any of it if you start watching it later than the advertised start time.

 

Can I Still Buy A Ticket If I Don’t Live In Ireland

You can buy tickets on our website from anywhere in the world. All performance times are Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Make sure you check the performance time in your time zone before booking and the information on how long the show is available to watch for.

 

I Bought A Ticket But Haven’t Heard From You

When you buy a ticket for a streamed show you will automatically receive your confirmation email with the link for the show. Please check your junk email in case it may be in that folder. If you haven’t received anything from us please contact the Box Office team by emailing boxoffice@hawkswell.com.

 

Will I Be Able To Watch On My TV?

Casting is not available on phones or tablets. If you wish to cast to your TV, please use a laptop.

 

When Will Booking Close?

You can book a ticket right up to show time.
