New Covid-19 Guidelines
Last updated: 20 December 2021
Following the government announcement on 17 December that no indoor events can take place after 8pm from 20 Dec to end of January 2022, we are currently working with promoters to rearrange scheduled performances. We will be in touch with ticket holders for all of these events as soon as we have an update and will update our website with new arrangements.
As we move to this new phase of re-opening and to ensure our audiences, artists, art workers and staff, continue to feel safe in our spaces, we ask you to please note the following:
- Masks must continue to be worn while in our venue and during events. This applies to all audience members aged 9+
- We will also require patrons aged 18+ to present their Digital Covid Certificates or a COVID-19 Recovery Certificate if you have recovered from COVID-19 in the last 6 months, and ID on arrival at the venue for ticketed events.
- Unaccompanied Minors (patrons aged under 18 not accompanied by an adult) will be asked to present their Digital Covid Certificates or a COVID-19 Recovery Certificate if they have recovered from COVID-19 in the last 6 months, and ID on arrival at the venue for ticketed events.
Patrons who are unvaccinated, who do not wish to disclose their vaccination status, or those who feel uncomfortable with the increased capacity, may contact the Box Office 24 hours before the show to avail of a full refund or a Hawk's Well Gift Voucher, for use at a later date.
Our Theatre Bar will remain closed.
Thank you for your continued support.
