Unforgiven

Described by the author as “a mad play about mad people who are content with their madness”, “Unforgiven” is a rip roaring comedy about two men,  PJ and his brother Seamus who are eagerly awaiting their father’s death, for different reasons, while their neighbour Mary is nursing her mother through her final illness.
When the father dies and another brother returns from America for his funeral, a chain of events are set in place which puts a cat amongst the pigeons and provides a unexpected and hilarious conclusion.

John McDwyer directs Peadar Conway (Turning Mammy), Valerie Traynor (Touch and Go).  Brian Gallagher (Lovely Leitrim) and newcomer Daragh Beirne in a play which has become a staple for amateur drama companies in Ireland and abroad.
