In Person
Call in to our Box Office, which is located in the foyer of the Hawk’s Well, during opening hours, Monday to Friday 10am-5.30pm, Sat 2-5pm and until show time. You can pay by cash (in person only), cheque (with valid cheque card), Laser and by credit card. There is a 40 cent charge per ticket for credit card bookings.
By Phone
Call 071 916 1518. You can pay by Laser or credit card. There is a 40 cent charge per ticket for credit card bookings.
Online
Click here or on the Buy Now link by the shows. All bookings are made via a secure server so you can be sure that your details remain safe at all times.
There is a €1 charge per ticket. This is to cover security and bank fees associated with online card purchases. Please note booking fees are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for credit.
By Post
Send details of the show you wish to see with a cheque made payable to Hawk's Well Theatre Ltd to Box Office, Hawk's Well Theatre, Temple Street, Sligo. Please check availability of tickets before you write in and enclose a contact phone number. Postal and telephone bookings will be held at the theatre for collection. If you would prefer to have your tickets posted out there is a 75 cent charge for this service.
Lost Tickets
If you have lost your tickets please bring in the card with which they were paid for or valid photo ID.
Ticket Exchange
If you cannot make a performance that you have booked for, your tickets can be exchanged for another performance or we can credit your account with the price of the tickets booked once you let us know before 3pm the day before the show.
Concessions
The Hawk’s Well offers concessions where available to the following customers:
- Students in full-time education
- Under 16’s
- Senior Citizen – Over 65
- Unemployed
Proof of concession status must be produced when collecting tickets from Box Office.
